How Can You Help?

We are looking for a few good donors and volunteers!!  Everyone can serve!
  • Support a camper's week at the pool - $10
  • Help offset a staff members' meals- $45
  • Pay for 3 camper's lunches for the entire day camp - $75
  • Send 10 campers on the annual field trip - $200
  • Sponsor a camper for one week - $110
  • A 2 day HIV/AIDS Awareness workshop for staff & campers - $500
  • Sponsor a Drumming Workshop - $850
  • Sponsor the Carnival-$2,000
  • Volunteer to be a prayer partner for the week
  • Serve on staff for the day camp
  • Host a supply drive at your church or place of work to collect items that are given to the camper's at registration, i.e. goggles, bathing suits, books, pool towels, etc. If you'd like to host or coordinate a supply drive at your church please contact our supply drive coordinator, Memily Colvin, memily.colvin@gmail.com to see if there are items that your group can collect on behalf of the camp. Please go through the supply drive coordinator so that we don't have more than we need or can handle!
  • Prepare a meal for the staff. You can send down frozen foods to re-heat or come and serve dinner for approximately 100 hungry staffers! 
  • Request a presentation for your church to raise awareness about the Sawyerville day camp and its programs!

We welcome your participation in any way, please feel free to donate to the day camp, serve on staff, pray for us, cook for us or host a drive!  Everyone can help and all of us take part in this wonderful ministry of our Diocese.
