Sawyerville Day Camp is a summer day camp in Hale County, Alabama sponsored by the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama Youth Department and the Sawyerville Commission. It is an annual camp for economically disadvantaged children and youth in the Black Belt of our state.  Campers come to camp at no cost and there is no staff fee!  The staff is made up of high school aged young people, college students and adults from all over the Diocese and Hale County.

Goals/Vision
  1. To serve God through the Church and outreach.

  2. Improve race relations in Alabama

  3. To broaden horizons of campers and counselors through Christian day camp activities and relationship-building.
